Mango Chicken Drumsticks
Yield: 4 servings

2 cloves garlic; crushed
6 tablespoons mango chutney
2 teaspoons ginger puree
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
8 chicken drumsticks; skinned

Mix the garlic and liquid ingredients. Coat drumsticks with the
marinade, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 200 0C
/ 400 0F / Gas 6. Place chicken on a rack set over a lined roasting
tin (to catch the juices) and bake in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes

Notes: A great dish for parties - just multiply the recipe. These
also taste good when cold.
