Maple Syrup

MAPLE SYRUP CHICKEN
1 whole chicken, about 3 1/2 lbs
1/2 tsp lemon rind
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup margarine melted
1/2 cup maple syrup
salt to taste
1/4 cup chopped onion
Place cut up chicken in baking pan. Mix all remaining ingredients
and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes at 400
degrees until done. Baste frequently. Serves 4
