Mexican Chicken (Georgia Style)

5 cups cooked chicken meat
8 oz chopped, drained pimientos
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 oz grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
2 pkgs. Doritos Taco-flavored chips
8 oz green chillies, not drained
3 cups Mozzarella cheese
salt to taste

Salt and cook chicken in boiling water. Reserve 2 1/2 cups borth
and 5 cups deboned and shredded chicken. Combine soups, pimientos,
broth, green chilies and chicken. Layer casserole dish starting
with slightly crushed Taco chips chicken mixture, and cheddar
cheese, ending up with Taco chips on top and lined along sides of
pan.

Sprinkle surface with mozzarella cheese and bake at 350 F for 45
minutes.
