Print this Recipe    MUSTARD CHICKEN

4 chicken breasts
plain flour ( enough to coat chicken )
butter or margarine
1 Tablespoon seeded mustard
2 Tablespoons cheddar cheese spread (or 2-3 slices of cheddar cheese)
300 mls. thickened cream

Coat chicken in flour, then brown in pan with butter till cooked. Remove
chicken from pan. Stir in mustard, cheese and cream. Bring to boil and
simmer for 2-3 minutes. Put chicken back in pan and coat with sauce.
Serve.

(usually served with rice)
