Oven Fried Chicken
2 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp basil
1 Tbsp onion salt
1 tsp sage
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp allspice
3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
chicken, cut in pieces
Mix together spices. Add 3 Tbsp. of mix to flour and brown sugar.
Arrange coated pieces on an oven pan, brush with melted butter or
margarine. Bake 1 hour, 350.
