Paprikas csirke (Chicken Paprika)

1 ready chicken (about 2 lbs., 1 kg) with innards
Salt
5 oz (150 g) smoked bacon
1 onion
1 tsp. sweet paprika powder
Chicken broth
Chicken liver
6 oz sour cream

Wash the chicken and part it dry. Salt and separate into large
pieces. Chop and cook the bacon, then peel and finely chop the
onion and add them to it. Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle
the onions with the paprika. Put the chicken pieces in the pan,
brown and add a little stock. Cover and simmer about 60 minutes
over low heat, turning the pieces occasionally. Chop the liver into
small pieces and add for the last few minutes, then spooning the
sour cream, cover briefly to heat through, and serve.
