Roquefort Chicken

6 half-breasts of chicken
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
4 Tbsp butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp.. chives, snipped
8-oz. pkg. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup blanched almonds

Shake chicken in a bag of flour, 1 tsp. salt, pepper and rosemary.
In a heavy skillet, brown chicken in butter. Remove to a shallow
baking dish. Mix sour cream, 1/2 tsp. salt, chives, cheese, lemon
rind and juice. Spread over chicken. cover and bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake uncovered for 15
minutes.
