Chicken Salsa

4 split chicken breasts
1 tsp cayenne pepper mixed with 1tsp white pepper
1 tsp onion powder
mixed shredded mexican cheese
salsa

Arrange breasts in corning or pyrex dish.

Sprinkle the pepper mixture over every breast until all is used.
Cover each breast with the shreded cheese. Pour salsa across the
top of each breast. Sprinkle onion powder on top and cover with
aluminum foil. Bake in oven for 45 min at 375 degrees. or until
chicken is cooked through.

Serve with spanish rice and white and yellow corn.
