Chicken w/ Satay glaze
4 chicken thighs or pre brined chicken breasts pounded very thinly
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbsp oil
3 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp corriander
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp dry minced garlic or 2 cloves fresh
Mix ingredients well until honey is dissolved. Marinate overnight
and grill.
