Raisin Poultry Stuffing

2 quarts (about 10 slices) dry bread
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup white onions
2 small to medium red apples - grated
2 Tbsp margarine or butter (melted)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
water (for moisture)

Toss together with hands and moisten with water (hot too moist).
Stuff bird or bake additional stuffing in corning dish along with
baking bird.
