Corn Bread-Sausage Stuffing

1-1/2 lbs. bulk sausage
4 onions, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
6 cups soft white bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 Tablespoon herb seasonings (optional)
2 Tablespoons steak sauce
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup chicken broth
6 cups crumbled corn bread

Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat, breaking up with
fork. Remove sausage to mixing bowl, reserving 1/2 cup drippings
in skillet. Saute onions and celery in reserved drippings for
about 5 minutes or until tender. Add sauteed mixture to sausage;
add remaining ingredients, mixing well.

Yield: Dressing for 12-14 pound turkey.
