Grandma used to take care of the oyster dressing at Thanksgiving but since she has moved to Florida and we can't spend every Holiday together I had been craving it! I searched the web for a recipe, because grandma had her recipe in her head and couldn't put it on paper, you know, "a pinch of this and a good shake of that!" I used one of the large, deep aluminum turkey pans you get at the store, it made a ton of dressing, and that was a good thing because my mother- in-law ate on it for days! One thing though, when it says 2-3 loaves of bread, use 3! Bottom line; It was simple and delicious!
