Tequila Lime Chicken
Chicken, skinless and boneless
1/2 cup Margarita Mix (enough to cover chicken)
1/4 cup Tequila
1 lime
Salt and pepper
Stir Margarita Mix, Tequila, and juice of lime together.
Place chicken in bowl and pierce both sides deeply. Salt and pepper
both sides.
Marinate at least 1 hour.
Grill on medium-high until cooked through, basting w/ marinade
frequently and (if desired) squeeze extra lime juice on cooking
chicken.
