Very Easy Teriyaki Chicken
2 pieces chicken
50 mL sugar
50 mL soya sauce
30 mL mirin or sake
1-inch piece fresh ginger (grated)
1 clove garlic
Combine marinade ingredients; marinate chicken for 1 hour.
On lined broiler pan, place chicken pieces with marinade in the
pan and bake for 15 min at 190C/375F. Broil for last 5-10 min.
