Tortilla Crumb Chicken
1 cup tortilla chip crumbs or corn chip crumbs, crushed fine
4 boneless, skinless half chicken breasts
1 egg
cooking oil
salsa
shredded Monterey jack cheese
sour cream
Beat egg. Dip chicken in egg then in crumbs to coat. Pan fry in a
small amount of oil until chicken is cooked through. Top with
shredded cheese, salsa, and a dollop of sour cream.
