1/2 turkey breast, skin on, bone in
Montreal Seasoning for chicken
Rinse turkey breast. Spray both sides with pam spray. Sprinkle both
sides with montreal grill mate seasoning.
Place breast in heavy duty foil, wrapping the breast loosely. Place
on gas grill, on indirect heat, for 21/2 to 3 hours, depending on
the side of breast.
On indirect heat, the turkey breast doesn't need attending. The
skin will be golden brown, and the meat inside will be very juicy.
be sure it is cooked on indirect heat. My grill has two seperate
burners, and this allows me to do indirect cooking.
