Low-Fat Quick Turkey Loaf

1/2 lbs. extra-lean ground turkey
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup low-sodium chicken or turkey stock
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 large egg, or egg substitute to equal

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Blend all the ingredients thoroughly
in a mixing bowl and bake uncovered in a 9 X 5 X 3 -inch loaf pan
for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before servings. Makes 6
servings, each slice 1 1/2 inches thick.
