Italian Sausage Recipe

4 lbs boneless, skinless turkey breast
2 lbs bonless, pork loin
2 T browning and seasoning sauce
1 t salt

1 t crushed fennel seeds
3/4 t coriander seeds, crushed
3/4 t dried parsley flakes
1/2 t pepper
1/4 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1 yard casings
vegetable cooking spray

Position knife blade in food processor. Add 1/2 of turkey and 1/2
of pork, seasoning sauce and salt. Process until smooth. Repeat
process.

Combine meat mixture, fennel, coriander, parsley, pepper, salt and
garlic powder. Divide into 4 - 4 oz. cut 4 - 8" casings. stuff
and twist. Coat large non-stick skillet with spray. Cook over
medium heat until browned. Yield 4 servings.

I have used just pork butt and it is very good also.
