Venison Jerky

1/2 c soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp
Tabasco sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tsp hickory smoke
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp onion salt and
7 lbs thinly sliced meat

Mix all above ingredients together except 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper.
Mix well let it marinate overnight. When you are ready to cook,
add rest of lemon pepper and mix well. Skewer meat on toothpicks
and hang directly on oven rack. Cook for anout 5 hours at temperature
175 or 200 degrees, depending on oven.
