Venison Jerky Recipe
1 pound meat
3 Tbs brown sugar
4 tbs soy sauce
4 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs ketchup
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp kosher salt
Soak the meat after it has been cut into strips and pounded flat
for about 3 to 4 hours. Then place into the dehydrator for about
6 hours or until done .
