Jerk Deer Jerky

1 bottle Island Pit Jerk hot barbeque marinade
1 medium bottle soy sauce
brown sugar
garlic powder

If you dont have a smoker you can use a dehydrator then you have
to use liqid smoke.

In large bowl, mix 1 bottle of Jerk. Add half a bottle of soy sauce
add half cup brown sugar. Add 1 tablespoon garlic powder.

Mix in bowl add 5 pounds of meat. Mix with hand and make sure all
the meat is covered. Let set in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer
if desired. Put in your smoker and smoke to desired consistency.
