Pink Pickled Eggs

1 jar pickled beets
6 hard boiled eggs

Remove beets from brine - eat beets - put shelled hard boiled eggs
in brine - cover and refrigerate. Eggs will be ready to eat in
about a week. Very good and very easy! Especially pretty sliced
on top of a green salad.
