Summer Sausage
2 lbs hamburger
2 tsp liquid smoke
3 Tbsp tender quick
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp savory
1/8 tsp mustard seed
1 cup water
Mix ingredients together. Roll in foil wrap. Let set in refrigerator
for 24 hours. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool.
Store in refrigerator.
