VENISON BOLOGNA

5 lb. ground venison
1/4 cup quick tender salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. hickory salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix together all ingredients. Divide and pack into 3 bread pans.
Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees. Drain off grease while hot. Cool
and freeze.
