Apple Jelly
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup apple cider
1/3 cup 1/8 inch dice granny smith apple
1/4 cup gold tequila (any kind)
2 tablespoons triple sec
6 ounce liquid pectin
Place all ingredients in pan, and bring to a boil, add pectin and
boil one minute. Pour into jars, seal and waterbath 10 minutes.
