Dried Apricot Jam
1 lb dried apricots 3 lb sugar 3 pints boiling water
Cover dried apricots with boiling water and allow to stand 24 hours. Place apricots in pan, bring to boil, then simmer with lid on until fruit is tender. Add warmed sugar and boil till setting test achieved.
