Bbq Sauce
Makes approximately 12 pints.

12 cups ketchup
4 cups vinegar
1 cup worcestershire sauce
8 cups brown sugar
8 tbls. dry mustard
5 tbls. chilli powder
3 tbls. ground ginger
10 cloves garlic (minced)
10 habanaro peppers (finely chopped)
10 cherry peppers (finely chopped)
4 tbls. dehydrated onion bits

Bring ketchup vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to a boil. Lower
heat to a simmer, add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for 30
minutes stirring frequently.

After filling jars, process immediately in a hot water bath using
a canning kettle for approximately 20 minutes.
