Berry syrup
1 1/4 c prepared berry juice
1 3/4 c sugar
Combine juice and sugar. Bring to rolling boil and boil for 1
minute. skim foam. I added a Tablespoon of lemon juice here. do
not boil longer that one minute or you have a loose jelly. Pour
into 1/2 pint jars. Put on lids. BWB for 10 minutes.
