Bumbleberry Jam
2 cups each blueberries, strawberries, and elderberry juice
1 package dry pectin
1/4 C. lemon juice
5 1/2 cups sugar
Mash berries. Add juice. Mix in pectin. Bring to boil. Add
sugar. Bring to boil again and boil 1 min. Put in jars and
processin BWB 10 min.
Is really good on toasted pumpernickle bread or freshly baked
pilsbury
