Print this Recipe    Chili Corn Relish

20 med-size ears of corn, husks & silk removed
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup yellow bell pepper
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced celery
1 tbs salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp tumeric
2 tbs chili powder
3 garlic gloves, minced
2 1/2 cups distilled white vinegar

Carefully cut kernels from cob (do not scrape cobs). In a large
kettle, combine corn and remaining ingredients. Boil gently,
uncovered, 15 minutes. Ladle into hot jars, leaving 1/4 inch
headspace. Process 15 minutes in bwb.
