2 WAYS TO BENIFIT FROM CORN ON THE COB!, September 17, 2004 - 10:36 PM

I tried this jelly from a small store down in Kentucky, and fell in love with it, I came online looked for a recipe for it and found it here. This recipe is to die for!! It has a wonderful flavor and is extremely easy to make. It takes no time at allto make, and I used the cobs to make 2 batches, and they both turned out great. This is a recipe that has a honey-apple taste to it, and if you never tried it, you should, you will be very surprised, tastes great on warm biscuits!!!!

Corn Cob Jelly, September 26, 2005 - 12:07 AM

I found the recipe for Corn Cob Jelly on your website. It was a very good year for corn in our garden this year. I decided to try the jelly just for fun. I am glad I did. The jelly turned out great. It has a very good taste and it was easy to make. My sister called me this evening from Florida and wants the recipe. I copied it from your website and am going to send it to her. Try it you will like it and you also get a double use for corn.
