Freezing Strawberries
1 package powdered pectin
3 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
Combine pectin and water bring to a boil and add the sugar then
cool the mixture. Carefully dip the berries in mixture and freeze
on a cookie sheet. When frozen pack into containers.
