works just great.
Wash and hull strawberries. Cut large ones into quarters, others into halves. Put in pint freezer containers (not bags). Fill container with light honey syrup, leaving some head room but covering berries.
Light Honey Syrup
3 cups warm water 1 cup honey Stir until honey is dissolved in the water
Put on lid and freeze.
There is only a very light sweet taste when the berries are defrosted.
