6 c prepared strawberres
4 tart green apples, peeled, cored and chopped
3 c pitted cherries
3 c raspberries
2 12-oz (355ml) cans undiluted frozen apple juice, thawed
Hull strawberries; measure 6 cups.
Combine strawberries, apples, cherries, raspberries and apple juice
concentrate in a non-reactive pan. Bring to a boil, stirring
occasionally. Boil gently, stirring frequently to prevent scorching
for about 45 minutes or until thickened to spreadable consistency.
Pour mixture into sterilized jars, seal and process 5 minutes.
