Fruit Leather 09

Kiwi Fruit Leather
10 kiwifruit, peeled
2 tbsp white grape juice concentrate
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Puree the ingredients in the blender/food processor, and spread
on fruit roll trays. Dry till leathered.
Notes: I made sure the seeds got really pulverized, and added some
green food coloring.
