Green Tom Pie Filling

Green Tomato Pie Filling
10 cups diced green tomatoes
2 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
2/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups raisins
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cloves
1 1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp lemon juice
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Fill pint jars and process for
15 minutes in a boiling water batch.
To use: Mix one pint jar with 3 tbsp melted butter and 1/4 cup
flour.
