Jamacian Tropical Sherry Sauce

2 habanero chile, stemmed, seeded, cut in chunks
1/2 c dry sherry
1/4 c ketchup
3 tbl soy
2 tbl fresh lime juice
1 tbl tamarind sauce
1 tbl brown sugar
1 1/2 t dry mustard

Combine and let steep for a week or ten days. Strain. That's it.
