Habanero Sauce

4 Habanero peppers seeds removed chopped
2 c. white vinegar
1 c. chopped onion
15 oz. can diced papaya and juice
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. malt vinegar
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp. chopped ginger
2 tsp. chopped cilantro
1 tsp. dejon mustard
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground tumeric

Put all ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer 10 minutes. Blend until
smooth. pour into containers. May be kept refrigerated for months.
