Half Sour Dill Pickles
1 tbsp pickling spice
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 1/2 qt water
1/4 cup kosher salt
12 garlic clove
25 cucumbers, small, washed
3 dill sprigs
Combine the pickling spice, vinegar, water, salt, garlic, and
cucumbers in a stockpot and bring to a boil.
Remove the pan from the heat; remove the garlic and add the fresh
