Honey Mustard

4 Tbsp mustard powder
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp vinegar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp honey
zest and juice of 1 medium orange (more or less to taste)

Mix the mustard to a stiff paste with the water and vinegar. Stir
in the oil until the mixture is smooth, then stir in the honey and
orange juice and rind.. Pour into a sterilized jar. This mustard
is a good spread for sandwiches made with boiled ham or other cold
cuts. Serve it also with baked ham, pork, and barbecued meats.
