Hot Mustard 02

Sweet Hot Mustard
1 cup dry mustard powder
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 cup white vinegar
Combine dry mustard powder and sugar in saucepan. Whisk together
eggs and vinegar. Add vinegar to mustard and sugar in saucepan.
Bring to boil and simmer until thickened. Let cool before serving.
