Hot Pepper Jelly

2 cups hot peppers
2 cups green peppers
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups vinegar
1 package SureJell powdered pectin
4 cups sugar
Green food coloring

Clean and dice peppers. Bring to a full boil and boil 15 minutes.
Strain and cool. Mix vinegar and 1-1/2 cups pepper liquid (add
water, if necessary, to make the 1-1/2 cups pepper juice). Add a
drop or two of green food coloring. Mix in SureJell and boil for
1 minute. Add sugar and boil for 1 more minute. Remove from heat,
skim foam. Pour into hot sterilized half-pint jars and seal.
Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
