Homemade Ketchup

12 oz tomato paste
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
squeeze of garlic from press
Mix all the ingredients together. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.
