Print this Recipe    Kiwifruit Jam

1 kg kiwifruit
grated zest of 1 lemon
juice of 3 lemons
3 c sugar
1 c water

Peel the kiwifruit and chop roughly. Place into a saucepan with
the juice and zest and water. Boil until the fruit is soft and
pulp-like. Stir in the sugar until dissolved and boil without
stirring until setting point. Bottle.

2 tablespoons of crystallised ginger may be added when the sugar
is added.
