Indian Lime Pickle

Chop into 8ths: 2 limes

Steam for 10 minutes, until soft. Place in mixing bowl.

Add

1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspon salt
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper powder, or to taste

Mix well.

Makes 1 cup, and a typical serving is 2 tablespoons.

Store in fridge. Will keep a long time! This is a very mild version
of this pickle.
