MUSTARD

3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tsp salt
7 tablespoons sugar
2/3 cup mint vinegar
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/8 tsp turmeric
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon finely minced ginger mint
1 tablespoon minced sweet basil

Blend together the cornstarch, salt, sugar, vinegar, and 1/2 cup
of the water. Combine the mustard and remaining 1/4 cup water into
a smooth mixture, and stir it into the vinegar mixture. Add the
turmeric and butter. Stir in the mint and basil.
