Passionfruit Butter

12 passionfruit
3 eggs
90g butter
1 1/2 cups sugar (250ml cups - Australian measures)

Place fruit pulp in double saucepan, add well-beaten eggs, butter
and sugar. Cook over boiling water 20 minutes or until it thickens.
Seal while hot.
