Passionfruit Syrup

8 lge passionfruit
1 cup sugar

Halve passionfruits and scoop out pulp into a sieve. Rub thru
sieve to seperate juice and seeds. Discard seeds and measure juice
to 100ml. In a small saucepan mix sugar and water and stir to
disolve. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 - 7 mins or until syrup
spins a thread when dropped from the tynes of a fork. Add p/fruit
juice, return to boil and boil for 1 min. Pour into small, hot,
sterilised bottles and seal while hot. BWB 10mins.

This only makes 1 cup but is easilly doubled, tripled etc... I
also put some of the seeds back into the mixture for looks.
