Passionfruit Syrup

Passionfruit Syrup 8 lge passionfruit 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water Halve passionfruits and scoop out pulp into a sieve. Rub thru sieve to seperate juice and seeds. Discard seeds and measure juice to 100ml. In a small saucepan mix sugar and water and stir to disolve. Bring to the boil and boil for 5 - 7 mins or until syrup spins a thread when dropped from the tynes of a fork. Add p/fruit juice, return to boil and boil for 1 min. Pour into small, hot, sterilised bottles and seal while hot. BWB 10mins.
This only makes 1 cup but is easilly doubled, tripled etc... I also put some of the seeds back into the mixture for looks.
