Pickled Garlic

3/4 pint rice vinegar
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2-3 bulbs of garlic, separated into cloves and peeled

Add sugar and salt to vinegar. Heat and stir until dissolved, about
2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Put garlic cloves into
sterilized jar, pour in the vinegar and seal. Store in refrigerator
for 3 weeks before use.
