Marinated Mushrooms

4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic peeled and cut in half
1 lb of small white mushrooms, ends trimmed

In a large glass jar or container combine all ingredients except
mushrooms. Shake well. Add mushrooms, cover and shake again. Marinate
for at least 4 hours. Jus before serving drain completely, disgarding
garlic. Serve in small bowls with toothpicks.
